Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Medici3, a local-first desktop app for organizing personal health data, connected sources, and optional backups.

Use of the app

You are responsible for the data you import, the connected services you authorize, and the agents or tools you connect to the local MCP server.

Connected accounts

You may connect third-party services such as Google Drive or Oura. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. You can revoke access through the provider's account settings.

No medical advice

Medici3 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or clinical decision making. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

Backups and data loss

Backup features are provided to help preserve app data, but you remain responsible for keeping any authoritative medical records with the appropriate source or provider.

Acceptable use

Do not use Medici3 to access data you are not authorized to use, violate laws, compromise third-party services, or misrepresent the app as a regulated medical product.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
